To be fair that is an American term on only is certain regions of America, kind of like how soda is just called coke in the south, pizza pie is a regional term. Sure when I think Lady & the Tramp I think of the song "When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's amore" despite it never being in Lady in the Tramp, but still it is still a regional term in areas that had higher Italian populations in the US. I mean Cheesecake is closer to being a pie then pizza is, though to be fair depending on the style of pizza I suppose they could have made pizza in a similar fashion to open top pies. But yeah regardless of the reason why some places in the US used the term pizza pie, it is still just as regional as someone asking for a coke when they want a Mountain Dew because parts of the south use the brand name Coke as a word for soda like most places use the brand name Kleenex for the term tissue paper.

When I worked for home depot as a pro-loader there was no safety training for cement/concrete. I moved over 30,000lbs of cement/concrete by hand every shift. Those bags are not sealed so cement dust fills the air while we do this. Home Depot claimed that they supplied respirators to staff but there never were any available. We used bandanas and safety glasses because the dust was irritating but we were never told how dangerous it is. Imagine the hand injuries in this video in your nose and throat. Home Depot never took responsibility.

It's not, the word's etymology is either from Greek pitta bread and the Apulia and Calabrian (then Byzantine Italy) pitta, a round flat bread baked in the oven at high temperature sometimes with toppings. Though The Etymological Dictionary of the Italian Language explains it as coming from dialectal pinza "clamp", from Latin pinsere "to pound, stamp". And also been suggested that it could come from the Lombardic word bizzo or pizzo meaning "mouthful" Pizza Pie is just a misnomer that has stuck around in some places, most notably parts of America.

2:32 I can confirm that yes you do need that many bandaids or the equivalent large wadding with tape on a foot injury. I managed to cut the soul of my foot on a bit of metal and it hurts like crazy when you put weight on it. Plus it's one of the areas that is constantly moving when walking so it will almost certainly tear open any light scabbing.

I had a cyst in a location that had to have that kind of dressing with packing after getting it lanced. We just stick 3 XL bandaids on the lancing incision now. Also I wouldn't waste those fun bandaids on a wound like that on a location that would usually be in shoes anyway. Wouldn't a couple XL bandages or the same amount of flexible fabric ones suffice too?
