Good demonstration. Is there a max value for R1+Rn I mean if there is a short between Live and neutral the breaker must also trip safely ??

No you just make sure you have continuity on live and Neutral. Value will be same for each conductor as both same physical size so max value wont really apply.😮

Can that plug only be used on Radial circuits? Not for ring circuit?

Yes but you'd have to split the ring in the consumer box so you have two radials.. You can then test upstream .

Technically no as you have to make sure its a ring by crossing over live and cpc. In reality yes.
