Them little cups are simple pull the center tab with a pick then pry the body with that pry bar on your hand. Or you can buy a set of players I suppose you could call them that. But you ram it under squeeze the hand and they pop right out

@12:32 in the future, when you have an issue like this with plastic, bust out the heat gun, or the torch. warm up that plastic evenly, careful not to before them fitting. and put a tiny, tiny, tiny ass bend in the shank so that fitting kicks off to the side now and not straight, so you wont have fitting fitment issues

A few things. The factory fuel hat suck for flow after the 400hp mark it internal of the plastic hard lines for the hat and also for the line the runs from the hat to the steel line. Second thing is the factory fuel pump wiring is was to small w fuel pump and lastly the r34 has a fuel pump controller so to avoid bad volt drops to the pump remove the controller, run new fuel pump wiring and id suggest a frenchies performance billet fuel hat from aus. 😊😊😊😊😊
