Ridge Racer Type 4, also know as R4 is the fouth installment to Namco's classic arcade drift racing game. Improvements to this game come in the form of a story mode and being able to collect over 300 cars. There was also the ability to trade cars with the PS1 peripheral called the Pocket Station. The game was released in December of 1998 in Japan. Followed a year later for the North American and European release
