R6 Montreal Major | Predictions (Win Battle Pass + Alpha Packs)

NOTES/UPDATES: Update video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fX7PgX1sZ9B5gbM TLDR: with Falcons' coach not able to attend the major, I am now leaning toward predicting Chiefs in their place. In regards to Phase 3, the official rules say " SELECT THE WINNER FOR EACH MATCH OF THE FINALS PHASE", so that tells us what the format for Phase 3 predictions will be, but it's still not 100% clear how many points each correct prediction will be worth. I imagine they will just be 1 each so you would have to get every prediction correct to get the highest reward tier. The Battle Pass reward is for Year 9 Season 4 which is next season.

You're right! The two brothers from falcons (Guardz and dovahkin) are twin brothers. I saw them multiple times in saudi LANs, and i'm yet to learn how to tell which is which XD.

I've seen some people putting CAG in the lower bracket your thoughts? I'm a little torn between cag and falcons for lower bracket

I heard the Falcons coach won't be able to attend the event. I'm already considering changing my predictions, but if the same happens to any of their players I'll have to. That really doesn't have anything to do with CAG, but if I start changing predictions MAYBE I'll reconsider CAG.

Been watching u quite a lot gotta say I love ur content and also love u for being open to opinions I would rather have Chiefs over Falcon, as a OCE watcher, Chiefs have been amazing, they're a very playbook siege team but most importantly they are really consistent and composed, they are unlikely to throw rounds and much more likely to take advantage of any momentum (Went against a powered up Bliss with the OCE Beaulo pick that is Tuhan and still won), as for Falcons, they'll just be the same as Geekay last major, MENA has little scrim times and overall rely on imports, I doubt Robby can carry them against Chiefs but ofc any upset is possible. and CL4L... I mean I'd be so happy for them if they make it out of Stage 1, but not only they lack major international experience; but they are also lacking a core member of the team that being Tristan, and from what I heard he was a core part of the morale of the team, everyone had such level of trust that made CL4L work, and without him they could be heavily haltered. But other than that great predictions! G2 could be cagged tho, knowing G2 they might just throw it just like last major. Also Ooziie for CL4L is just a rumor, he's not going, otherwise he would've been inactive on twitch trying to scrim, I could be wrong but I don't really see him practicing either.

Packer did announce that Oozie will be playing with CL4L at the major. I may be underestimating Chiefs, but having not watched the minor regions much, I have to take a few guesses. Something makes me think Falcons will be better than Geekay was at the last few events, but maybe that's still not enough to stack up against other regions.

It seems I ended up with Upper being G2 and FearX, and lower being CAG and Black Dragons. Though I have literally no idea who some of these teams even are as I admittedly don't pay a ton of attention to the "minor" regions.

the only part that I disagree with is the chiefs falcons match, just because, as you mentioned, falcons don't have the experience playing in best of 3 matches.
