I just bought the 3.5 knucks riser with a CRF Misfit bar. Im 6 foot. Is the 4 inch total riser/bar height in the ball park for what I should be riding?

I ordered the Munster handlebars and it didn’t come with the pad, did your bar pad come in the same day as your pad Bc my pad didn’t come in with the handlebars
