For the primary spring breaking on the P85, try the glide washer for it to prevent it from binding up. Also check the spider nut for any sharp edges that could be hitting the spring.

☝🏻 This. Put a derlin washer in the spring cup to keep the spring from binding up.

Something I have been thinking about while watching you ride the Polaris. The Khaos seems to be able to pop out of it's own track out of sheer snow throwing ability (track acceleration) under low speed hard acceleration. Brett Turcotte mentioned the phenomena it in his first review of the Khaos 155 boost , thus the above vid reference. I was wondering, as a physicist and former boost tuner/motorhead if it came down to faster boost ramping leading to a better 'early' throttle torque curve or possibly just more aggressive throttle position mapping. Maybe it simply came down to more aggressive clutching itself. But something seems to provide much greater initial impulse. Or maybe I am seeing a phenomena that is just not there, I wish I had data! Don't get me wrong, love me some SkiDoo for a bunch of reasons, just something I 'think' I have been noticing with the Polaris. Also, you dad inspires me. The man is a bad ass master of throwing snow and I love nothing more than seeing him throw a shoulder into the snow. An exit interview, even as a stand alone would be great. Starting with how this whole yearly ritual you guys have got started?

Your friends clutch is unbalanced I believe from factory , I could be wrong though but this could be an issue for sure when reving at 8500rpm all day long Keep up the great content, love the vids and the diffrent area you show, snow is great up there for sure 🤘
