Dumb question to ask: Did RA tech have the legal permission to use the Geissele trademarks? Im only asking because a long time ago Airsplat got sued by GLOCK for making g17s with the real trademarks and they didn’t have the partnership with them.

More than likely no; however, overseas trademarks laws do not work the same in other countries like the US. This is how Hong Kong and Japan have been getting away with using other companies trademarks. Whether it is available for US sales depends on some company like umarex or cybergun to have license with Geissele. You can still get from overseas and have it shipped you but you run the risk of having it taken by customs. This is rare though because many people buy tokyo marui all the time from overseas and have minimal problems. As far I know no company is license to use Geissele trademarks.
