Looks like there is some disconnect. The ragam is not sudha dhanyasi. It is ANDOLIKA. Both these are derived (Janya) of 22 melakartha Karaharapriya. The fine difference is that Andolika has pentatoneic both in arohana as well as avarohana. Sudha Dhanyasi has a pentatoninc arohana similar to Andolika, but has all the notes of its mother raga Karaharapriya with a slight difference of sudha daivatham is used in Dhanyasi whereas the mother raga uses Chathushruthi daivatham. Please find the notes compared below: Andolika ārohaṇa: S R₂ M₁ P N₂ S[a] avarohaṇa: S N₂ D₂ M₁ R₂ S[b] Dhanyasi ārohaṇa : S G₂ M₁ P N₂ Ṡ[a] avarohaṇa : Ṡ N₂ D₁ P M₁ G₂ R₁ S[b] Throughout the video, the andolika ragam is discussed as dhanyasi.
