Only President George W.Bush and President Barack Obama have celebrated Chanukah in the White House. No other President ever has, according to Wikipedia. How interesting to see an Asian performing the ceremony, and with such a lovely voice too.

I get it....but they should have lit the candles from their perspective, from their left to their right, to be correct.

wait a min...I am confused. Aren't you supposed to light the candles from left to right?? they lit the 2 candles from right to left....someone plz clear this up??

They are standing behind the menorah so they have to light from their right to light the newest candle first. But they lit from our left.
