It doesn't matter what race you are, or what religious belief you have. It doesn't matter how old you are, how smart you think you are, how rich or poor you are...Rabbi Dr. Twerski's knowledge transcends all of that and speaks to anyone on a human level, if they are willing to listen and understand. I admire this man's intellect and genuine compassion. He drops nothing but the truth.

Only God's truth is the real Truth. What he said, he said from a human's mind and standpoint. It does sound wise, but God's wisdom is different than man's. Anger is sin, and when you sin, you have to repent immediately, turn away from it and apologize if you hurt someone. Self control is a fruit of the Spirit of God, and if you are a child of God, you will have self control to control your emotions and reactions. Psychology goes against God, because it is man made

Anger has been difficult for myself to control, between my relationship with family. Triggers occur and before long, resentment and guilt. Praying and trying to show patience and restraint, along with love and understanding. But it's hard watching the fate of a child disintegrate before you eyes. Learning quickly that my habored disappointment in others, fuels the negative emotions and I know that I am not correct with my thought process and it's me that needs to work on myself to cope better. Praying to rectify my ways and bring love and joy to my family, so that I become their rock. Violence, verbal violence, and of course anger, it's an ugly emotion. It would be beautiful to rid the world of it.

Jesus is your only true Rabbi, call no one else Rabbi except your Father in Heaven. Proof of Jesus in the Old Testament or Tanakh, by the former prophets (Using a KJV, same writings found in JPL Tanakh commonly used in Israel) Jesus came riding on an ass (donkey) Zechariah 9:9-10 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass. He was wounded, crucified and died for our sins. Isaiah 53:5-6 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. He was sold for thirty pieces of silver by Judas Iscariot. Zechariah 11:10-15 10 And I took my staff, even Beauty, and cut it asunder, that I might break my covenant which I had made with all the people. 11 And it was broken in that day: and so the poor of the flock that waited upon me knew that it was the word of the LORD. 12 And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver. 13 And the LORD said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a goodly price that I was prised at of them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the LORD. 14 Then I cut asunder mine other staff, even Bands, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.
