Instead of issuing of manifesto you would better call him out for a public discussion. That would be much more useful and effective (probably including your own understanding of his statements). Our way is the way of discussion and compromises for the sake of unity and wholeness instead of issuing beit din orders without giving the convicted the possibility of defending himself.

It's a good start to issue this Psak. But you need to get more great Rabbonim and Poskim on board from across the spectrum, including Ashkenazi and Sefardi Rabbis. Both in Eretz Yisroel and in chutz l'aretz.

It is appropriate to disgrace them and make light of their honor. Do not stand up for them or call them rabbi. The mantle they wear is like a donkey’s saddle. A *prominent heretic, he literally explains in the video where the heresy is. Just because he’s famous doesn’t mean he’s infallible and you are of bad will to deny the obvious heresy before your very eyes, instead turning your hatred towards the Rav who is defending the faith.
