For four days seems the rabies would have advanced significantly, and that fox is very healthy looking , very deceiving , still would put it down , needs a mercy kill for sure.

Audio for this video is maddening! It’s like the camera tapped into the Fox’s jacked up rabid hearing. This is what rabies sounds like in the mind of the rabid.

Bruh u end the pain once and for all for the fox. Like do you know ur stuff? The fox will die anyways as there is no cure for rabies. Further more risk the spread of disease to other animals and humans included. Omfg...

Distemper comes and goes in waves. Fox ran off as if he were fine after the episode. Rabies is constant. This is distemper. But it doesn't matter in terms of action. Stay away. Put it down if you get an opening. Both conditions result in a long drawn out death in a wild animal.

There are more than this video of this fox. It's rabies without question, but yeah in ways the symptoms can be mixed up but when it foamed and starting biting frantically at the air, seizure, walk aimlessly, not be spooked by loud knocking on glass... it adds up. Especially the amount of foamy spit flying off of it's mouth as it tried to swallow.
@ThyWeepingWillow
@ThyWeepingWillow 3 жыл бұрын
This is rabies. And no , the symptoms of rabies are not always constant. They can suddenly become docile aftdr a seizure. However, that ' seizure' it had was 100% of a rabid animal, since it wasnt just a seizure but hydrophobia what u did see here. Sad for sure

Poor thing. It wanted to drink and possibly eat but can’t. Cause rabies causes painful and agonising spasms of the muscles of the throat and larynx. And it looks like this poor creature is suffering from Furious Type Rabies.......... ⚛️☮️🌏

I'm not sure what everyone thinks they're seeing....? The only thing I saw was a possible seizure, but I think he just got something in his mouth. A fox walking and looking around, responding to sounds, smelling the ground for possible food sources and then running off in full control of all four limbs. There is nothing wrong with this animal....
@ting2112

Abby Hunt I'm pretty sure that that was a seizure. The way it's head was tilted up and back...Still though the symptoms of rabies or distemper is what people are keying in on. But instead of rabies it's moreso looking like distemper to me. Minimal symptoms but yeah distemper. Between 0:25 - and 0:42 it looked a bit unsteady as if it was either about to pass out or vomit. It recovered a bit but was probably feeling the seizure coming. Still trying to hunt though because it was probably hungry. Throughout the video it kept stopping and licking it's lips indicating some sort of discomfort. Once it stopped walking a bit a biting/licking type seizure hit. After that passed it shook itself and got out of the open quickly. Still aware of it's surroundings and all. Can't tell if it's drooling a lot or not since it's not that close if a view.

@@ting2112 You see the animal drooling heavily. There are videos of fox cubs behaving exactly the same as other cubs are attacking each other. Notice the fox tries to eat the snow but cannot swallow, another rabies symptom, this is textbook rabies.
