Do you have any tips on how to switch hands quicker? It seems simple but I’ve played for a long time and noticed that the ability to swap hands into a shooting or passing stance quickly is vitally important

I used to stand in front of the TV and switch hands the whole time, from the triple threat position left to right over and over again.. then one day in a game it just clicked.. seamless transition from right to left into a step down shot without even thinking about it.
