I strung a new net to celebrate playing for a new team

Old net is out, new net is clean. But the goal didn't hold up too well. I also talk about the trade to the Cannons, a lot to look forward to this season.

I don't know the whole story, but I know you weren't happy with the NLL (probably an understatement), but I loved having you on the Washington Stealth. I worked home game stats there, goals/assists/turnovers/etc. for $50 a game cash under the table which gives me an idea of the way things were run there... but really enjoyed having you play in my hometown! Keep this channel going man, it's fun seeing you progress your career as I watch these videos from my new home in Copenhagen.

I need a good way to practice all i have is 3 lax balls a tennis ball a small backyard no wallball because of plastic siding 1 jolo dimond rabil shaft on a stx head with tied type mesh and a will to play any suggestion? Also the roster for teams is full only a limited amount of people so all the more harder

The best way is just repetition and hard work. Take a bag of balls and shoot lefty only, force yourself to only shoot lefty. You just got to get over the hump where it’s very uncomfortable. Make sure form is good and just shoot, shoot, shoot.
