🙏 A very old follower writing for the first time...I don't know how many recipies I have tried of your till date, just lost count. They always gave a pro result 🙏🙏...today I again made rabri ...with a little twist...instead of cardamom I added rose water...and teamed rose rabri with mawa jalebi...it was an ultimate lockdown monsoon craving satiation..thanks so much 🙏🙏🙏

Mam maine ye banai thi bahut hi tasty bani. But banane mein 1.5 hours lag gaye. But it was awesome to make it. Recipe is simple but takes a lot of time. Maine apki hindi wali website pe bhi iski recipe padhi thi usme apne jo akhbar ya pankhe se iske upar hawa karte rehne ko kaha tha wo bhi maine kiya tha usse malai jaldi upar aa jati hai warna shyad 2 ghante lagte. Can I keep collecting Malai everyday n keep it in freezer n then use 250 to 300 milk thick milk to which I have added badam or cashew paste to thicken it plus the elaichi powder n add the frozen Malai to it n make this sweet?
