初めまして。自分もadoに夢中になって最近追いかけてます…ので楽しく拝見させてもらってます♪ もう20年くらい前ですかね…天道清貴さんでThe only oneという曲がリリースされたんですが物凄い才能の持ち主なので是非一度聞いてみて下さい。彼は確か日本で2.3曲リリースした後アメリカに活動拠点を移したと思います。おそらくですけど。
"Frill shark" is the English name for a shark that lurks in the deep sea, but it is not the title of the song. "ラブカ / rabuka" is the Japanese name for "frill shark" and the title of the song. Because "ラブカ / rabuka" is persistently referred to dozens of times in the lyrics. But "frill shark" is never used. This song is a sweet story about a heroine who falls in love with a "frill shark" that lurks in the deep sea. When the heroine thought of "frill shark", she felt uplifted and her heart thumped. Bang! Bang! Bang! She got sick. "Could this be love?" At one point, she asked herself, I want you to notice the phrase, "Could this be love?" In fact, if you were to reduce this phrase to a short and concise Japanese phrase, it would be "love-ka? / ラブか?" That's right. It's a joke made by combining the frill shark "ラブカ / rabuka" and the Japanese word the phrase "love-ka? / ラブか?" [Because in the Japanese language system, there is no difference between the pronunciation of "R" and "L." They're treated as the same thing. That's why it works as a joke. ] Well, even if we don't talk about that, "odo," which is getting a lot of attention right now, is a good pop song. But I also like "rabuka" because it's even more poppy than "odo" and it makes me feel really good when I listen to it. She appears to be a solitary queen with personality issues. She's cute. note: This comment was translated from Japanese using the free software "Deep L", Some parts may be wrong.

heres the translated credits for this song! composer and lyricist: *Hiiragi Kirai* art/video: *Ryuuseee* by the way, this version is actually a cover! the original version uploaded on Kirai's channel featured the singer called "flower" which isnt exactly a person, but a digital voice from Yamaha's vocal-synthesizer instrument known as "VOCALOID"; you might be also familiar with the name Hatsune Miku which is another popular voice in Yamaha's VOCALOID instrument although, Ado's cover was actually released at the same time as the original, perhaps Kirai was in contact with Ado while making this song and let her have an early listen to get her cover ready i suppose? either way i really love both versions a lot!

@@Patrickmordi you're welcome! ah also i forgot to mention something important- the title of this song is actually a pun with a double meaning! "rabuka?" can be translated as either "frill shark?" or "is this love?"
early-mid 20th century usa feel in the music and vocals

Thanks for the best reactions! The composer is usually working with VOCALOID. This song uses a VOCALOID called "v flower". The VOCALOID songs are made by many different creators, so there is a wide range of genres, and there are also many songs in English. "Frill shark?" feat. flower kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z3bWq2yFg7Jsjpo

Check out ALI! They're a Japan based international band composed of predominantly multiracial Japanese people bringing a multicultural spin to their jazz/rap/rock blend (lots of Latin influence too) They did the opening for Beastars, Wild Side. Another great song is Temptations!
Have you heard of nujabes? He's a Japanese DJ. I think you'll like it. It's worth checking him out.

🌱 “仕様がない / Sho Ga Nai” = “仕方がない / Shikata Ga Nai” English literal translation : "It is no specification" = "It is no way" It's a word that Japanese people just use. (One use it when One give up something or when One is frustrated. One also use it when One comfort one's disappointed person. Is it similar to "Don't mind!" In English?) In the dictionary, it says "There is no good way" and "One can't get the end." Coincidentally, celebrity Mr. Yoichi Ochiai recently commented on the word and gave his personal feelings. The feeling: "I want to get rid of this word from Japan. It is very difficult to explain this word to foreigners (because it is a word with a temperament unique to Japanese people)." If he explained the meaning of this word, + "This is inevitable." + "I am not responsible because I can't do anything with my own power." + "Even if I postpone this problem , No one can blame me. " "If I don't explain so much, the foreigner will not understand the situation!" He was a little angry and said to this comment. If you take it well, it means the good side of Japanese who respect compassion, and if you take it badly, it means the bad side that leaves everything ambiguous.

i love the sayin Sho Ga Nai a friend of mine has a similar tattoo
🌱 When I woke up this morning, I received an email notification that you were DJing live on Twitch.TV. I immediately visited Twitch.TV. You were DJing in a Japanese kimono. Kimono of traditional Japanese color 媚茶色 / Kobi-Cha-Iro. You love that kimono, right? Kobicha means "a glossy color that makes you flirting with the opposite sex." It seems that it was a very popular color in the Edo period because of its color name. ("媚びる / Flirtatious" has a slightly bad impression, but it has the same meaning as "fascinate" and "seduce".) Is the sleeve of the kimono a little shorter than your body shape, which is larger than the Japanese? But when DJing, is it just the right length without getting in the way? I'm sure it is.😊👍 I still don't understand how to use and enjoy "Twitch". I am studying trial and error. I just tried chatting, but was it correct? I do not know. However, I was very excited again that you responded by saying "DONPAN". I had a good time from the morning. Thank you. 💘 PS: Ms. Ado says that when he receives a song, he will study how to express it to convey the goodness of the song. And she seems to compose the arrangement of the expression and sing. Naturally, I think that her work will be completed with the OK of the producer and composer, but I’m impressed with her wide range of expression and singing ability. Very goooooood! 💕
