Thx for the tips. I'd be interested to know what you have as you main meal before an event? For a race at say 13:45 would you have a decent breakfast and then something else a few hours before? Cheers

I'm naturally an early riser so I'd get up early, have a decent breakfast usually porridge with some fruit and coffee. Relax for an hour or so then I'll go off hunger levels but also go for a walk to get the blood moving. I can also live off toast and jam which I'll keep nibbling on 🙌🏼
