X30 is simple as, it’s fixed with the bolt holds

you could, but I wouldn't imagine it would be awesome. as for the rules, I don't see why not, normally its only the rules about the wheel base that is a concern

green is the smaller of the two sizes e.g 54.05 green is 54.05mm as opposed to 54.05 red, which is 0.0mm oversized at 54.06mm approx.
