Race for Liberal leadership shrinks as Champagne bows out

Innovation Minister François-Philippe Champagne announced Tuesday that he will not run to replace Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as leader of the federal Liberal Party. Other possible contenders like House Leader Karina Gould have yet to announce one way or the other.
