Race Lens previews the Stephen Foster with Charles Trent

Charles Trent uses the Race Lens angles to preview the Grade 1, One Million Dollar, Breeders' Cup Classic Win and You're In Stephen Foster Stakes to be run at Churchill Downs Saturday.
The field came up competitive with First Mission, Skippylongstocking, Kingsbarns, Dreamlike and Disarm along with a few others.

I don't think you can really handicap Disarm off of his last race. It was a paid workout. Four horse field, he was 1/9 and set early fractions of 25/3 and 52! If you look at his pp's, his only other win besides maiden is a G3 at Elp where he was an even money favorite. He won't be favored tomorrow. Beware..

Why would you be concerned if your horse isn't the fave? I'd be more concerned when he is...

He wasn't my horse. He was the pick of the host. My point was, his only wins came when he was heavily favored, in lesser races. He was in much tougher today, and ran accordingly..

@@pualdupvandoff8199 And once again, what does being a favorite have to do with anything finish related, other than favorites win more than non favorites which doesn't even apply here. Horses can't read the tote board.
