Just curious, what are the notes on the handle bars?

Those are key times for each test. When I complete a loop I can check the watch on my handlebar and the start time for my next loop and know how much time I have before the next start. Thanks for watching.

I also deal with really bad blisters when riding what is that weird looking Band-Aid you had I would like to get some where do I find them and is putting your hand in ice water make the blisters heal better

I had surgery on my left hand back in June for a condition called Dupuytrens. I'm using those circular pads to help cushion the area of scar tissue. I cover the cushion with medical tape to keep it in place. I've included links to everything I use below. The medical tape is great for a variety of things. It's a little pricey but worth it. I use it to tape my clutch finger to prevent blisters as well. I also recommend palm savers to help prevent blisters. You also need tight fitting gloves. I was using the ice just to try to reduce some of the inflammation in my hand after the race but ice definitely helps blisters feel better as well. I live in Louisiana and I’m hoping to start doing some races with my son. I don’t know anyone around here who does it and the idea of showing up to that first race seems kinda intimidating
