No problem at all. I thought about your comment and the feature popped up in a revised version of my screen recorder so I thought this is perfect timing. Great suggestion and I'm glad you like the tutorials.

It's good new features. Please can you explain how and min RPM and max RPM in the select sector
@JamesColborn Жыл бұрын
You want to use the custom view feature. Starts around this time. kzbin.info/www/bejne/g3e2ZWR9e8aXppI I would add RPM Min & Max and see how it looks in your report.

Let me know when and how you’d like to have a cross channel data convo. I’ve done a slight collab as a guest for another channel, but that was an established channel with a set podcast. The amount of interest all of my friends are generating is huge.

Sure thing. Drop me an email via jamescolborn.com and let's work something out.

James thank you for the tutorials, they are very informative. I have loaded two session from the same drive, at the same track from two different dates. The only difference in the titles is the Championship variable. All other info is the same. When I load the sessions in the data screen it loads them on two different tabs (pages) so I cannot do a direct comparison. If I load them on the speed trace both sessions load up on the same tab. Can you suggest a fix or point me to a tutorial where I might find the solution. Thanks in advance. Ian

Hi! The answer to your question is to hold down the ctrl key and highlight a session from a different day. Then, once both are highlighted, open them using the buttons at the top of the screen (the ones used in this video) and it should work fine for you. Let me know if this helps.

@@JamesColborn Thank you for helping us! I have the same issue as the above user. I have followed your suggestion, but the outcome is the same. Each report is loaded onto a different tab. However, I have a clue. One table is called "SIM 3" and the other "None - Sim 3". What could this "None" be and does that helps us with this riddle?
@der125 Жыл бұрын
I'm so proud of myself. I went ahead and shared the two sessions onto the AIMCloud using your hotmail account.

OMG...Nw I'm even more proud of myself. The Championship field needs to match. One of the sessions was blank for Championship, while the other was populated with "None". Once I deleted the "None", they load in the same tab and I am able to compare.

@@JamesColborn Thank you for the reply. It was not the control key issue. This problem only happens in RS3. RS2 did not have the same issue. Thanks again for the tutorials and your assistance.

Hello, we are Formula Student team in South Korea. We have been using EVO4S for several years, but because we compete by placing rubber cones instead of circuits, the laps marked on GPS vary each time and it's challenging. Moreover, since we drive on our self-made circuit without session divisions recorded continuously making it impossible to check the best lap times. How can this issue be resolved?
@JamesColborn Жыл бұрын
Hi! I recommend creating your own map. I am not 100% sure you can do this via an EVO4S (and guessing GS Dash or Wheel) so I would suggest posting this question on the AiM User Group forum page on Facebook as you'll get a really good answer. If a friend has an AiM Solo or Aim Solo2 then creating a track is much easier. Let me know how you get on.

Hi question how can i see if my son have understeer or oversteer in race studio.
@JamesColborn Жыл бұрын
My personal preference is to use a combination of GPS Lat and Steering Input sensor. This said, it's quite a complicated measure to get right. I recommend posting in the Facebook AiM Users group and getting a collective view here. Finally, one easy option is to get a SmartyCam and watch hands on video with feet movement on the screen. Hope that helps!
