Do you have to do anything to the right side fork?

The other fork was re-valved but no air conversion is needed

Why are you pointing out the inside of that bushing when the teflon is on the outside? Where you say its "down to bare metal", I'm pretty sure all metal part of the bushing does is sit in it's groove.
