I gotta tell you, Austin. After flying 44X in XP12 and reading your blog about 44X, you have made MY dream airplane! An IFR certificated Lancair Evolution with a pressurized cabin and an 850hp PT-6a turbine engine that does over 300 KTAS well into the flight levels is the stuff of a dream plane! I’m happy you won!

This was a great video! Lot's of fun, you guys are crazy! But at least you all had a great time doing it! It must of cost a fortune just in transportation costs for making this video. I almost feel sorry for the poor Cirrus vision jet only climbing out at barely 1000 fpm!!! Ive climbed my paraglider at 950 fpm just in a thermal!!!! Didnt cost me a dime for gas to fly, not counting driving to my flying site. Couldnt help but enjoy this video and i think traveling in comfort has a lot to be said for it!

The real loser is the poor xp12 global NYC scenery imho. Xp11 has more rooftop helipads and street traffic. Plus 1/2 of the Manhattan heliport is under water, lol! Hopefully this will improve over time.

For all the shade you throw on the Cirrus jet have you ever thought that the goal of the SF-50 is to allow SR22 pilots to upgrade to a jet and operate it with a greater safety margin. The auto land and CAPS system along with the similar modern avionics make it a great package.

I mean, on trips where a direct airliner flight is possible, a jet does not make a lot of sense. But, as soon as you start talking about small, isolated destinations with more than one stop/connection, a jet starts to make way more sense. Especially when they're not delayed or whatever !

There's a way you can put it in X-Plane 12 for Landing Lights to Reflect on Clouds. Also in Skymaxx when the Aircraft is passing over a layer of Nunens the Landing Lights Reflect on them. It will be very good just like in real life.
