Yes it does. Viper has a low reving N/A V10. It revs to around 6000 rpm. Its not build to rev high because it has a lot of torque so it pulls even in lower rpms therefore its not necessary for the engine to rev higher than that.

Has a big butt and pointy nose. Silly looking areo package for a Viper, but I'm sure it was tested and proved better somehow. At least it sounds like it should. I like the new ACR's areo, and just classic 90s Vipers.

It's the Competition Coupe, pretty much an evolution of the old GTS-R concept from '00. I'm sure Dodge had their reasons for it, but I would've loved to see a GT3 spec car directly mirroring the 3rd or even 4th gen styles. Oh well 🤷🏾‍♂️
