I'll just speak for myself. I have not raced a National here, but this video certainly gives a great perspective to the sort of non-stop endurance, G-load muscle thrusting pounding, the body takes for someone who has not ridden Glen Helen. After I do 7-10 laps at speed I'm ready to head home, unload nothing, pet the dogs, break every promise I made to my wife the night before about yard-work, etc. and lay on the couch with the remote.

Agilkinson 211 in one of the holeshot newsletters i read big changed to the national track this year.i haven't been there since my son raced two smoke nationals
