idk if yall have done this or not but, yall should make a video on diet. like what the trainers recommend thier riders eat throughtout the week. breakfasts lunches and dinners. just an idea

whats the point of allowing anyone to do this workout when they all exhibited negative compensations that only now reinforce them to utilize bad motor strategies when they are on the bike and exhausted. Additionally, the periodization of that workout seemed a little lacking.

You obviously don't know anything about motocross lol These exercise are pure cardio and balance for the core. Shut up and eat your McDonalds!
