I can give you 3 reasons why he won't run the lower classes 1. Too slow 2. Cops have a speed cap which racers easily exceed with nos or turbo 3. Balance many cars are competitive in exotic unlike the other classes were 1 or 2 cars rule that entire class

Hi, how do you throw the spikes (example 6:34). First, you press the shoot button at 190+-, then press L2, choosing the direction, then level up and throw another one? Specifically, I'm wondering if you use the handbrake, before releasing the second spikes, you don't press the gas, but just level the car when it moves by inertia?

Well, double-spikes as a final evolution of this pokemon do have this kinda trick - while going at low speed you kinda have an opportunity to shut an entire two-line road with both of them - in a moment each of these pop out of a car, they behave like another object and they do have physics applied to them, including, yes, inertia - they move the opposite angle and, at start - velocity then very fastly decrease their speed until they fully stop either of their velocity ended or beacuse of a collision with any kind of barrier out there. That is why it is extremely tricky to use these things at a opposing force on a high-speed heavy rounded corners. And if you do hit with these on a turn on a repetative basis, you either a very lucky chad, or you do have a degree on environmental or spacial geometry. Or any geometry at that)))
