It’s not so much a mod, but instead a small challenge. So the DLC made the game a lot easier, so would you consider trying a run without it? And in the same vein would you consider a no-printer challenge? Would love to see how much harder the game is without those tools. Until I unlocked Captain and started playing him, I was a mando main. I think the thing with him is while he's basic and doesn't have any fancy big damage flashy attacks, he probably is the best item scaler in the game, which can compensate for his iffy early game especially on loop.

​@@casualbird7671 Yeah the damage increase from armor reduction (scorpion) approaches a 2.0 multiplier. -100 armor is +50% damage. -300 armor is +75% damage. -1000 armor is about +90% damage and so on.

I had the game for 2 days and got to the boss that is in the tower (hammer guy) without knowing that you could initiate a sprint without the special speed boost. Like commandos roll or bandits invis.

this is mostly a singleplayer game with a multiplayer option, not many people play multiplayer and those that do play with friends in private lobbies

People very rarely play online with randoms. This is a game to play either singleplayer or with friends in a private lobby. It's not dead, not even close. (Also yes turn on crossplay if you really want to see steam lobbies but just overall I would not recommend playing with random people, the game is not designed for that and you'll know how if you play a few games)
