Travis, are taking into account the weather seal that goes around the opening to keep the door level with the body.

Good method of controlling door distances. More progress made.

Stop saying the videos suck man, they are good! I always get something out of them and it's good to see you making progress on the jobs. You self deprecate too much. You know your shit, so just put it out, and the people that matter will appreciate it.

Slow and tedious for sure, but, UNAVOIDABLE !!! As you correctly said, from the factory, the quality wasn't nearly what you are working towards. To achieve that level of quality, what you are doing is simply NECESSARY !!! Very nice work for sure !!!

Hey Travis!! Looks like you need a bigger shed!!!!🤣 Oh with setting your gaps couldn't you just throw your wedges/ door locks back on to set the door frame up??????

Bobby Walden puts a stiffener in his doors. A good idea to stop flexing and make them fit better

Great skills. Great Cash tat. Johnny would approve. I've been seeing a lot of shops like Make it Kustom using the FastCut plasma table. Not cheap but work extremely well.

I agree but did you see the teach and learn Bennet's Custom was offered!

Yes, I watch Jordan. Halfass Kustoms bought one as well. If I was rich or had a custom fab shop, I'd have one. Very nice machine, but they're too speedy for my budget and needs.

Careful with that plasma burn it’s much worse than arc burn from the welder.
