Majority of production process is outsource so there may more drawbacks in that rather then benefit... 1) Complete dependent on other 2) Reveal of sensitive data. 3) outsourcing person may enjoy bargaining. Etc

It is very clear that because of Covid this company is in such a huge profit and would not be able to show growth with same rate..and in my very little experience in market first thing I have learnt is it works more on sentiments or speculations than on facts so after listing more chances of it going in downtrend..also no grey market premium as price band is low to predict listing gains.

Ma'am the homework you gave: Promoter of the company is family member of a pharma company Nectar. Recently family and partner ship deed of Nectar is modified to remove (or save) two sons because Nectar recently faced GST and Income tax raids. They have manipulated the Nectar book and shown profit in this company to launch IPO and collect cash and go away. All information are available on BSE filings of Nectar along with last two quarters results of loss making balance sheet.

Late post - PE of 48 is in comparison to Mar-20 results, right? If yes, then the PE of Sept -20 was just 4 to 5. Does it look good from long term perspective? According to me the co. has got a potential to rise far above the current level of 631 rates as the future prospects are great in this uncommon business model in health sector. Outsourcing production and distribution activity is quite common way of operating, as co can now focus more on core activities, creating marketing value for their brands. Online business and AI in health sector is gonna be the future. May take sometime in India, but this pandemic has proved that it is possible. Key to watch is Dec and Mar results, which will reflect sustainability of the business

The main concern for me is the price they are coming up which is really overpriced.... If you see there recent financials in Sep 2020 50000 shared were sold at a price of 100 rs and within 4 months they are coming up with 400 rs IPO price ... the reason they are showing for the overprice is Sep 2020 financials of 112% CAGR which is abnormal due to pandemic which will not be stable in the future years .... Is there any reason you didn't discuss this mam? Kindly explain this mam 🙏
