Rachel has (or sadly, HAD) some fucking balls to do what she did, standing up for Chloe like that, making sure she had her six. Stupid or not, it doesn't matter because THAT earns you respect - and I absolutely respected Rachel for that. No doubt, my Max would have done the same thing (not hit anyone of course, she would rather talk you down first and THEN rewind back in time to get you away from whatever danger was after you) because protecting whoever you love and care about, with no immediate regard for YOUR OWN personal safety is the real meaning of loyalty. Rachel attacking Damon said so much about her character. Despite all of her mistakes, she was ultimately a good person, despite her awful undeserved death.
