Why did Rachel have to touch her hair and face more than 50 times?! Seriously she constantly reached for her eyes, nose, chin, mouth, lips, even picked her nose twice... : ( I was looking fwd to this interview but didn't learn a thing about her org or her work. It was really disappointing. Don't waste your time.
