+carbajal8283 I understand what you're saying. When I was at French Class in High School there was a saying on the wall (In French) saying "Look for The Woman behind The Successful Man". How appropriate that My Teacher in French had to be A Woman. It was just too bad that we could not see Jackie Robinson play when the Dodgers came to Los Angeles in 1958. Being from Pasadena and playing College Baseball at UCLA, Robinson would have come home. He retired two years before that. Is Rachel Robinson still living in Los Angeles today?

I think she's still living in LA. I have nothing but respect and admiration for the Robinson family. The way Jackie handled all the adversity was nothing short of a miracle. But Rachel was his rock and if it wasn't for her, who knows how he would've handled it all. She's pure class.
