Beautiful lady inside and out. I met her and Jackie outside at their Stamford CT home in 1970. I had an old 1948 Jackie Robinson book. Jackie and Rachel autographed it for me. By far one of the greatest one hour of my life. Jackie was my hero since I was in the third grade and not just because he was a MLB player.

Lashay Davis, I met them both outside at their Stamford home in 1970. It was easy to see how much love that they had for each other. I still believe today that Rachel is why Jackie was able to cope with all the racism crap that he dealt with almost constantly for much of his adult life.

Some people get more beautiful as they age! Some girls still adhere to such behavior and I'll never forget my first date with my wife to be, her parents went along and chaperoned us! Well, needless to say, we are over 13 years married and 2 beautiful children together. There's nothing wrong with waiting till marriage.
