I think we need to as a culture and society look at how we deal with emotions and our mental health.Families need more support and access to help and it needs to be stigmatised.Schools,workplaces etc need to have help and education as to how to deal with stress,conflict and communication skills.Thete are do many people suffering in silence often with mental distress and no access to help.You are lucky if you gave access to therapy or good quality therapy anyway.More people need access to it.Just hearing about famous people or pop stars having therapy gets abit tiring tbh,these life stresses effect everyone famous or not.
