What saddens me most is that a Snow White remake should have been a tribute....pinnacle....trail-blazing film that paid ode to that day Walt, the consummate storyteller, wove the tale to convince great artists to join him to create the first full-length, animated "cartoon"..... a first that resulted in a special Academy Award....and a family-friendly, feel-good empire. Iger and his ilk have reduced it to a too-long advertisement for their woke ideology. They obviously have no respect for or understanding of Disney heritage.

I als just watched the trailer for Brett Coopers movie, that is not exciting, you know what IS exciting? A MInecraft Mvies' new trailer, and I dnt /even play MInecraft, all I really know abut it is that you can build Hogwarts Castle and other edifices in it. Another trailer that I think does a good job is the teaser for How to Train Your Dragon, and like that animated film will have been out for fifteen years at that point.S I think it has a good chance to do what it is supposed to... But the other issue with the Brett Cooper project, is that the trailer at east, treats it as if it not even releasing theatrically. That is kinda being chicken in all honesty. Mirror MIrror might be what these days folks would call a streaming movie, but it still was not afraid to come out int he same timeframe as Snow White and the Huntsman. S if this thing can't/ even bother to put up a fight at the box office, why make a big deal about it?

Wicked is their best bet. The LGBT community is basically the same ad the theater kid demographic - they're not going to care about her drama and they don't have kids to protect. However, I don't know if it's a big enough audience to save Snow White? It seems obvious that the movie will be very disliked so the best idea probably is a trailern that reveals as little as possible about the movie. Perheps one focusing solely on Gal Gadot? maybe some mentions of the young Snow white played by a kid who she met when she married the king. I just re-watched the DailyWire trailer and it's now coming out Fall 2024 so will beat Disney. IMDB is not updated and the trailer (tho 8 months old) looks like an amalgam of Mirror Mirror (the rising into the mirror world) and Snow White & the Huntsman (with the liquid gold magic), so not sure what to expect there either.

You sure it's the same people that made Barbie and Inside Out two a success? Inside Out Two had a higher percentage of Latinos than white people. Meanwhile Barbie had a 66% female audience compared to Inside Out 2's 58% (Only a 1% increase over Inside Out). Barbies key demo was 25-35 while Inside Out 2 was kids 2-11 (25%). The second biggest demo was 35-44 year olds (21%) with 25-34 year olds coming in third at 17%. Really doesn't look like the same demographic turned up for both. I also don't see how this Snow White will tap either of the groups that became enthusiastic about those movies.
