Like this so Rachel can see! Water Soluble means when the product can mix/dissolve in water. The foundation didn't probably because it is oil based/has oils in it.

I literally just use bar soap to deep clean my brushes since you can scrub and wash at the same time, and I use diluted rubbing alcohol/ surgical spirit/ Witch Hazel to 'spot clean' them between uses (50/50 ratio, you can also add in stuff like tea tree oil), you just spray in on the brushes and wipe them off on a cloth or a tissue until they are clean, they tend to dry pretty fast and it even gets dried gel eyeliner off. It's cheaper than 'cinema secrets' or 'blender cleanser' and works just as well.

I have a cheaper version of that one she has and I can say it works amazing you just gotta leave it in for longer then 10 seconds also I have somewhat expensive brushes and they are still in perfect shape and it dries them completely within 1-2 min not even 🥰 hope that helps

To get foundation out of clothes & brushes, shaving foam works really well. I think it must break it down somehow. I had Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation on my duvet cover. Now that foundation is hardcore, never meant to come off foundation & the shaving foam helped get it all out.
