Just finished this as an addition to day 12 of your 30 day challenge... I have been doing KZbin workouts for about 8 months now and you have for sure been my favorite , I actually finished them instead of getting bored

That was intense! Is there any chance of starting the modifications in the bottom right window at the start of the exercise rather than after 5 seconds (and have the window up for longer)?!

Really enjoying your workouts. This one was really challenging. My core is definitely a weak spot for me. If possible, would you consider adding mods to the ab exercises? It would be really helpful!

This was really hard, I’m clearly not that strong in my core, I had to modify a few exercises cause I couldn’t lift my upper body all the way to my knees.
