Day 1: really, I made it to 3:32 without stopping. I had to take rests but I did my best to ‘complete’ this video. Day 2: again, made it to 3:32 without stopping but I took way less rests to complete this video. It felt easier and I think it’s because I ate more protein before doing this.

This is the first jump roping workout I tried since I started two months ago. I love how during the final sets the music has a sort of Stardew Valley vibe. 💖

Age: 20 Height: 5'0 Weight: 6.5Kg Goal:54Kg Im trying to maintain my calorie intake to 1300 and eat more veggies Day 1: I could do the full exercise, let's see how this goes. I aim to be consistent Day 2: I could do the exercise but it was a bit harder than yesterdays as I'm sore 💪 Day 3: I dunno why it's progressively getting harder to do lmao but done ✅ Day 4: Done ✅ note to self: I need a tight sports bra for the sprinting and jumping jacks.

I've been doing my own stretches daily for about 3 weeks now and have seen significant progress, so I'll use this video daily as an extra boost to get my splits. This video has taught me that I've not been stretching as many muscles as I thought, so hopefully in using this video I can make significant progress towards my splits. Day 1: Pretty close to the ground already, but there is still loads more work to do. Thankfully I'm naturally pretty flexible and have gotten my splits multiple times during my lifetime. The hardest stretch for me to do currently is definitely the heel stretch, so I'm excited to see improvements there. Day 2 : I felt much less flexible today, but I was also much closer to getting my splits, so not sure how that works. Still very much struggling with the heel stretch. Day 3 : Genuinely can't remember if day 2 was yesterday or not, but I've stretched today and I've realised that to get my splits I need to stretch my inner thigh more.

Love your video, but I'm terrified of underwater creatures, so I almost got a panic attack. Had to stop. Now I'm scared of watching her other videos in case they also have the same thing, lol . I'm such a baby, but I can't continue watching.

At the end of 2021, i took this exercise + 2000 jump rope, daily without failed. I’d lost 16kg in 3 months, thanks to Rachel. But now im back here at the end of 2024 to start this excercise again bcoz i’ve gained several bad kgs. 😅😅 Wish me luck!

Commenting to keep myself in check Day 1 ✅️: definitely hard, my hip didnt hurt as much when trying to do my left split though. My legs feel nice. Day 2 ✅️: some stretches were easier. I didn't warm up though so some hurt a bit more.

I was SOOOO close on my right leg until I heard a crack sound in my hamstring 😭 UGH every time I'm so close something goes wrong then I have to heal and start all over

This is my favorite jump rope workout! I love so many things about your video! I love the percent bar. I love that you tell us what's coming up. I love the videography during the breaks. I love your dog toddling in and how you keep looking at him. I love that you miss occasionally and wrote "whoops". It's such a great workout! Thank you for posting!
