When doing the v-ups keep your abs engaged and don't let your back pull off the floor when extending your arms back over your head. For next level brutal, don't let your feet touch the floor either. Floor is lava!

As a 14 year old female, I'll say that for me this isn't too brutal, but the V-ups we're pretty hard

Definitely not brutal but for those that need it tougher, just don't take the rest period. Keep going until you hear the beeping and then get ready to switch exercises.

You have an incredible body fitness. I like your videos very much. But it's a little bit tough for me to understand the writings on your video. As I use phone to watch your videos. And you don't use any voice to give instructions. I think many of your viewers face the same problem. It would be great if you change the color of the letters.
