@@Deejaay83urj38 Yes, she was an unusual Guinevere. The "girl boss" trope hadn't been beaten into the ground at that point. So it was interesting rather than off-putting as it is today. The supporting cast was excellent. Mads Mikkelsen's laconic Tristan & the exuberant Bors played by Ray WInstone are good examples.

This song is the first thing I think about when I remember the movie King Arthur. The mother sings this song for her child and others to listen to and to dream away. But the feeling the knights get when they hear it hits even more. The battle scars they carry all these years and the hope they will one day return to their families. Love it.
