i think almost shifted last night. so i was doing the pillow method and combining it with the train method. I was thinking affirmations to myself, and then my stomach DROPPED. I was a bit startled but i just went with it, and then it felt like all my weight just magically lifted. I then got startled and opened my eyes. When i opened my eyes i saw these little sparks in my vision and i still felt weightless. I jolted up out of my bed and it all went away. this was a my first ever try so i have no idea if i actually got close. im so mad at myself for opening my eyes *cries*

Rachelle, how long do you shift for? I am able to shift now and I get over excited when I do. Yesterday I think I shifted to Outer Banks but I wasn't quite sure. It was very vivid and I could run. There was a huge house that was in the distance and I started running towards it. I was like this is so cool, but I thought I was running in my CR and freaked the hell out lol. I have only had mini shift which still are amazing experiences.
@photios47793 жыл бұрын
Thanks Rachelle! I love hearing these shifting stories! I have a question if you don't mind. I'm passionate about helping people and saving our planet's environment, so do you think it's possible to use shifting to bring back useful knowledge that will help us do this? For example, would it be possible to shift to a future Earth timeline (say a hundred years from now) where a cure for cancer has been discovered or where a new clean energy technology has been invented that replaces polluting fossil fuels? If so, then perhaps one could learn how what makes that cure or new technology possible and bring that knowledge back to replicate it in our current reality? If that can be done, then a lot of lives could be saved. As a film student, I think you would have a huge opportunity to use your voice through the medium of film to warn the world of potential dangers that you see if you were to shift into a desired reality that represents "the future Earth timeline with the highest probability of occurring." I realize that the future isn't fixed and many possible future timelines exist because we have free will and the ability to shape the future we will actually experience. But still, if you see something really bad happen when you shift into the most probable future timeline, then you might be able to warn the world that this isn't a path we want to go down. So you and other shifters could help steer the course of humanity towards a better future timeline. I think this would be a hugely positive application of shifting and it could help so many people in our current reality avoid a bad future outcome. Anyways, thanks again and I just wanted to put the idea out there to get everyone to start thinking about ways to use shifting to help humanity.

@@itzl2124 the Julia method and the raven method (and a few others that I can't remember) because I have aphantasia (the inability to visualize.) I have tried awake and asleep, and yes I say affirmations
@itzl21243 жыл бұрын
@@poison317 Oh i see! Which of those methods has gotten you the closest? Since you have aphantasia, I recommend the Lucid dream method! In case u haven’t heard of it, you basically lucid dream, and make a portal to your DR in the dream, while affirming! Or it could be a door to your DR, etc! I also recommend listening to subliminals and falling asleep to them if u haven’t already (avoid Celestial Subliminals channel i heard they put bad affirmations in their subs) To lucid dream, try doing reality checks everyday (maybe every hour, you could set alarms on your device to remind ) to the point where it becomes a habit! So that when you’re dreaming, you’re likely to do one of those reality checks, which will make you aware that you’re dreaming! Some reality checks include: asking yourself “Am I dreaming?” And check your environment to confirm whether or not you are dreaming. You can also try pushing your finger into your palm with will(it shouldn’t work in real life) but if you’re dreaming and you believe and say that your finger will go right through your palm, it will! If you wake up in your OR from an unsuccessful shifting attempt, i suggest telling yourself like “it’s okay, i’m one step closer to my DR!”, keep a positive mindset! Try meditating everday too to increase mindfulness! If you have any more questions, feel absolutely free to ask me! Thank you and i hope this helped :)

Ok so I have a question. I just learned about shifting yesterday and today I was doing my research and I scripted where I want to go first. I wasn't planning on doing it today, but when I was studying I started listening to a shifting subliminal on the place I want to go. I didn't even last 3 minutes and I begun feeling light headed like something was sucking my brain out my body. I ignored it and started studying. But somewhere I felt really tired and this isn't like me so I was like am I shifting? I put everything down and closed my eyes. When my eyes we're closed I could see a bright light, sometimes it was getting darker or brighter. And there were times I felt like I was leaving my body but stopped cause I was too excited. Eventually I was just like lemme stop so I can relax and my body felt numb. Really numb. I had to make an effort to my my body, and my head felt really light, like I'd just woken up from one of the best naps. And while I was shifting I heard a waterfall? It could have been in the audio but then when I heard it I was like "that's a river on my left" the place I wanted to wake up does have a river but idk if it was in the audio cause it would fade out and in. There was a point where I felt like I was about to leave my body but I got too excited. I did feel some tingles but mostly I felt light headed like I was falling asleep but not falling asleep. Does this mean I was in the process of doing it or is this in my head?

So I can't tell if I shifted once or not but if I didn't this dream was SUPER vivid. So I had scripted draco being my sister and things So basically I had woken up in this princess themed room and a vale was over my bed and stuff and the room had white and green themed color. So i looked into my closet, wowed that I was in this room and not my own. After putting on one of these outfits I walked out of the room and then there was a long hall way with two sets of stairs and a bedroom in the middle of the hallway and at the end. I then went down stairs and sat at the table with my father and mother and draco. There was a lot of food and i later learned that we were going shopping for some wizard things. Then we seen Harry in the shops and draco was being snobby so I told him to stop. Then we left and we went on the train and I was bffs with Hermione and we just talked and stuff the whole time. And then I woke up or shifted back but idk LOL
