Highly recommend the pottery barn sofas. Their regular fabrics are great, and then you can upgrade to a performance fabric and those are amazing. I have the Jake - been amazing so far!

I have the harmony collection couch from West elm, it’s also down feathered and super comfy. It’s held up really really well. I got the worn velvet fabric. I don’t have dogs/kids though, only a cat! So if anyone is looking for a dupe I’d recommend it.

Couldn’t agree w you more. RH is the biggest ripoff. Bought the cloud and it’s total crap in the first year. Also bought dining chairs and the fabric is ripped on all 6 of them within two years. So glad someone is talking about this.
