I haven’t given up dairy (cheese, ice cream occasional) either for the same reason but I will say I don’t drink milk anymore because my GP said to me when I turned like 18/19 that as human adults our bodies literally just stop making enzymes to digest milk so it causes inflammation (inflammation anywhere can lead to acne - lack of sleep, too much sugar, etc.) so you def don’t have to give up dairy fully but milk and yogurt are different types of dairy than some cheeses and such. Good switch to the organic grass fed though, I totally get it! Fellow acne girl here ❤

Yes! Grass-fed milk is so good. Check for A2A2 milk (A2A2 it's a protein) it is anti inflammatory. Acne tents to be inflammation manifesting in our skin. I struggle with hormonal cystic acne and when I switched the (almond) milk I was drinking to A2A2 whole milk my sink improved so much.
