From "Everyone I've asked has called you names I won't repeat" to "It hurt at first but now I've learned you'll waste no more of mine," the chorus is just amazing. I love how it encapsulates the feeling of letting go of a fair-weather friend or partner, and the relief that comes after time has passed. And how instead of abject frustration at the person who won't understand the pain they caused, it's about cheerfully moving on because there's nowhere to go from here but UP. Also this tonal shift from songs like Light Up, Thorns, and Something You Don't Know (three of my favorites btw) is so refreshing!

You just might be the world's greatest source of Breakup Songs, both in quality and variety, and that's a field in which there's some steep competition. I can't help but wonder if this is the result of one very memorable bad relationship, or if you've repeatedly had terrible luck, or even if you've just got a great imagination for hypothetical wrongs to be hypothetically angry about. Either way, I hope you're doing well now.

I didn't have time to listen to this last one earlier since I had school but I love it!! This one, as well as See What You Want, The Monster You Made Me, and Cups are my favourites... and I know that that' almost half the album but it's impossible to narrow it down even more xD Regardless, the whole album is awesome, thank you so much Rachel, it''s awesome to see you back
