Smart Sweets are the BEST, the texture is super different but if it saves me all that sugar I will happily eat it!!!! You NEED to try the gummy worms ones, they are the most similar to regular candy!!

Loved the vlog!!! Miss seeing u work in the office.. u r so beautiful. 🥰 also, just a tip on the basmati rice. You have to wash them, soak them for 10-15 minutes before cooking it as per normal. They are thinner and healthier than normal rice honestly.. they digest quicker but the preparation time is a little more tedious.

Wish I would have saw this before I ate my dinner. Why do I forget I have an air fryer? Yes you're hair would look cute shorter. I just cut off 7 inches in the beginning of the year. I always say to myself it's only hair and It can grow back. I'm picky with my hair too! I kind of like the smart suites but they are very pricey. Love the vlog. You're killing it in January!!

Love your videos Rachel! I suggest prepping raw meat, especially chicken, to be cut on anything but a wooden cutting board. If you google it you'll see that they are harder to clean and grows bacteria much faster.. Big no no
