you should do a "trying camping recipes" video. a few that my family loves are: california egg crackle (basically scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and crushed cheesy ritz mixed together with shredded cheese) tinfoil dinner / tin can dinner (tinfoil is diced potato, kielbasa sausage slices, and onion and cheese in a tinfoil packet / tin can dinner is usually like a mini shepherd's pie in a tin can) spice cake oranges (you slice the top off of oranges, scoop out as much of the fruit as possible, and use all the juice as part of the liquid with your spice cake (either homemade dry mix or box mix) and then fill up your oranges with the mix; wrap in tinfoil and bake in the coals) and pigs in a blanket on roasting sticks over the fire :D

You can try a double boiler for your scrambled eggs. Metal bowl on top would be the simplest, but you can make do. They will cook more “softly” and give you creamier eggs, with butter and seasoning added. Delicious! Plus, you can make a big batch, if you have company

With the burrata recipe, if you fry something like that traditionally in fat you'd usually double coat it with eggs and breadcrumbs. If you didn't dry it first, then did the flour, etc, it would create a thicker coating to protect the cheese. Your other alternative is to try it in the oven with a ball of regular mozzarella.

What on earth is convenient about describing peoples height in feet and inches or their weight in lbs when you can use cm and kilograms for them, like you can with the rest of things?! If a couch is 2 metres wide and the armrests are 10cm wide, you'll know you won't be able to lie down comfortably if you're 192cm tall. If the dog food bag is 20kg and your partner weighs 78kg you'll roughly know what it'd be like to lift them. Same goes for temperature, 100°C is boiling, 0°C is freezing, you'll know that a 23° day is nice out and that 225° will burn your delicate food to a crisp.

@lss87138 ай бұрын
I would recommend double coating the burrata and then watching it like a hawk. Mozzarella cheese sticks have a tendency to burst in the oven if they're cooked for too long. The burrata has more moisture content, so you'll definitely have to be more careful with it. I'd pull it out at the halfway mark and then every minute thereafter just to make sure it doesn't burst.
