I hope you guys found this video informative on how I eat and exercise when I am actively trying to lose weight. But I will say that most of the time, I don't do this! This week was more to teach myself how to mindfully eat again because it is SO EASY to get into the habit of overeating all the time and not thinking about how it makes your body FEEL (which is the most important part)! At the same time, y'all know I love my cheat days, so don't worry there are many more to come!! I hope you are all having a wonderful week and I LOVE YOU! :)

Maybe instead of rice, you could use a mix of rice and cauliflower rice, or just cauliflower rice to lower calories j bc i see you eat a lot of rice and then that would lower calories over time
